17/11/06 - (AWARD NOMINATION) for local government excellence award for take-up.

Wakefield District Community Online have been nominated for an award at the national e-government awards 2006. The category they have been nominated for is the local government excellence award for take-up due to our efforts to engage those with little or no internet skills and providing a free online resource for the community.

24th April 06 - (SITE LAUNCH) Wiltshire Community Web goes on-line. - Neighbourhood Web’s first county wide community portal was launched today. The site can be viewed www.wiltshirecommunityweb.org.uk
